Paul Wesley is finally spotted out with his rumored girlfriend Phoebe Tonkin, but it doesn't seem to stop his budding bromance with "The Originals" star Daniel Gillies and with "Vampire Diaries" costar Ian Somerhalder.
According to Wetpaint, the couple was spotted out together for the first time on Nov. 23, strolling arm-in-arm through the SoHo neighborhood in New York City. They were matching black outfits and sharing a few laughs while looking smitten with each other.
